Because Legend of Isla Nublar also bridges the kid-geared Lego Jurassic World stories and the more intense 2015 feature film Jurassic World, it has trouble nailing down a definitive target audience as well. Simon Masrani is the CEO of Masrani Global Corporation and the founder of the theme park Jurassic World and Masrani Energy. Vic is tasked with carrying the treasure chest back to the park with his drone, although he runs into a Pteranodon and accidentally drops the chest into the volcano. There's no introductory phase to help newcomers get up to speed, which makes it difficult for them to follow as characters come and go and events unfold quickly. Claire decides the treasure will be put on display in a new park exhibit about the history of Isla Nublar. This series picks up the Jurassic World tale shortly after the events of The Secret Exhibit and presumes viewers know both the backstory and the characters ahead of time.
